My dad had a scrap yard when i was a teen i drove a capri lots of them he said most garages always after an mot you had a problem but kevin and is employee's are straight my car passed with two advisers which Kevin will be sorting out professional and honest i will be using them for all my cars jobs thankyou lads for a great service just to let you all know had my stop start battery changed it was 14 year old i priced it up at £185 they fitted it and rebooted the car for £220 next month winter service thanks Kevin and the lads 👍 😀 ~ Joe W

Absolutely great service. I have an old banger that Im trying to keep alive. Failed its MOT for some rusting. The mechanic I went to didn't do welding, so I had to go elsewhere. He thought it would be £200-£300. Brought it here and they quoted £80, got it booked in for a few days later. I brought it in and they had it done and ready to collect the same day. I got a taxi back to collect it and the lovely taxi driver said he had heard of the shop and they had a great reputation locally. ~ Chloe I

As always the guys are there to sort out car issues and do just that. My MOT done today after booking and needed advice on a special job after diagnostics. Can't recommend this place enough. I was stuck as my oil light had come on but the lever to my bonnet wasn't working. This place was the only Garage to say they would have a look for me to see if they could help. They found a quick fix and filled my oil up! Really nice people and reasonable prices. Friendly Chap and staff also. Never been there before but was unhappy with my garage quoted me over the phone a cheaper price than my previous garage and replaced the rear coil on my ford cmax extra quick so i could have the car back to pick up thr kkds from school. Absolutely brilliant service. Had a puncture and they investigated it and repaired it within 24 hours (new tyre needed and it was ordered and there the next day). Great price. Very friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend. ~ Catherine H

I go to Mick Abbot’s every year for 2 mot’s and 2 service’s. Always friendly, informative and they don’t try and find work like some garages do! The new manager Kev is doing a great job running the business. ~ James N
